		<description>I think the RIAA and MPAA succeeded through staying in the darkness.  But now that the light has been shown on them, those days are over.  Yes, they may use these deals to harass ISPs, but it seems more of a retreat than a change of tactics.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I agree about not justifying lynch mobs, but they will probably continue their work in the absence of legal measures against those deemed to be unfit for the net.  Nature of the beast I guess.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Good post!</description>
